The Flight Operations Support Committee (FOSC) oversees the development and operation of flight-operations-support centers (OpsCenters) that are used by Airmanship Development Support Organizations (ADSOs) that have been approved by the CFAE Safety and Standards Committee.
Mr. John Keiper serves as the Chairman of the CFAE Flight Operations Support Committee. He has been a personal flyer since 1973, and after a long hiatus recently earned his Private Pilot Certificate. Mr. Keiper has extensive experience in law enforcement, destination management, flight-operations management and IT systems. His brother is a corporate pilot for a large Chicago-based company.
